Shipping Info All orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) at the flat rate amount designated on the following table:

Orders are shipped within the designated turn around time listed at the scroller at the top of the site.
You may make arrangements to pick up your order from us in person, if you live in the Mayetta, Kansas area. Please call ahead to make arrangements.
International orders will not be charged shipping during checkout because of the new domestic flat rate amounts. Please email for a shipping quote, if you live outside of the continental US.

Satisfaction Guarantee Your complete satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Our candles and aroma melts are all hand poured, which makes each one unique. There are times when a candle may be of a slightly different color or may look different than the photo. I feel that this contributes to its uniqueness. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our product, return the (unused) product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Bizzy B’s is not responsible for the return postage. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number before sending anything back.
